Vacation Bible Schools are very popular throughout the Fairfax County area. They offer a nice mix when considering traditional summer camp programs like Fairfax County Rec Pac.
The biggest difference between Vacation Bible Schools and Rec Pac is VBS programs offer themed programs that are appealing to children of all ages.
VBS played an important of my childhood. Which kept me excited for the summer break.
Last year we missed our opportunity to sign up for these free programs because we did not meet our deadlines. Fortunately, after receiving a gentle reminder from a friend that lives in Kingstowne (thanks Z), our boys are all set to attend a couple VBS camps throughout the area.
If you’re interested in sending your kids to VBS, NOW is definitely the time to sign up as the slots feel up quickly.
