New Construction Homes in Ashburn, Virginia
Explore attached and single-family new construction near major commuter routes, Metro access, shopping, and established amenities.
What buyers should know about Ashburn
Next, we’re heading further east in Loudoun County to explore Ashburn.
Much like Aldie, Ashburn was once a quiet farming community, filled with dairy farms, gravel roads, and just one school. However, unlike Aldie, Ashburn’s transformation started much earlier. Up until 1985, the area still held onto its rural roots.
Fast forward to today, and Ashburn has become one of the top DC suburbs to live and work in. The area is now packed with modern developments—newer buildings, shopping malls, town centers, and amenity-rich communities. Despite being 33 miles from DC, a significant number of Ashburn residents still commute to the capital for work.
Ashburn is a large, expansive area made up of several communities and subdivisions, including Belmont Greene, Village of Waxpool, and Broadlands. For this section, we’ll be covering all of them under the general area of Ashburn.

Belmont Park – Landmark by Beazer Homes
We have details on the three Landmark series condo plans: Monroe, Hepburn, and Katharine—all of which are two-story condos.
Prices haven’t been released yet, but here’s what we know so far:
- Monroe is the smallest at 1,565 sq. ft., offering 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Some standout features include a luxury primary bath with double vanities, where you can choose between a sports shower with a seat or a walk-in shower with a separate soaking tub. The open-concept kitchen features granite countertops, a large island with a sink, and easy access to the attached garage—perfect for unloading groceries. Upstairs, there’s an option to add a deck off the primary bedroom for extra living space.
- Hepburn is larger at 2,401 sq. ft., also with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 1-car garage. On the first floor, a small foyer leads either to the garage or upstairs, with the main living area on the third floor. The layout of this level depends on your kitchen preference:
- Mid-kitchen layout – The great room is at the front of the home, and the dining room is at the rear, next to the covered deck.
- Front-end kitchen – Overlooks the dining room at the front, with a rear great room leading to the deck. Both options come at no additional cost. Another highlight is the main-floor office, positioned at the back for added privacy.
- Katharine is the largest at 2,516 sq. ft., featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 to 3 bathrooms. One major perk is the main-level fourth bedroom, tucked into the back corner for privacy—perfect as a guest room, office, or fitness space. For the kitchen, you can choose between a front-end layout with a breakfast nook or a mid-kitchen to allow space for an office. Upstairs, the primary bath with dual vanities and a private water closet can be customized with either a sports shower with a large drying area or an elevated shower-bathtub combo.
So those are your condo options at Belmont Park.
